Stuffed Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Prepare stuffing.
Combine milk and meat; divide into 5 patties.
On wax paper, pat each to 6-inch circle.
Put 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each patty.
Draw meat over stuffing; cover all stuffing.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 5 servings.
