Green Peppers, Tomatoes And Onion(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    6 large onions
    4 large tomatoes
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    1 small red hot pepper or 1/4 tsp. ground red hot pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet with garlic.
    Wash and cut up peppers the long way; slice onion heavy.
    Saute a few minutes in skillet.
    Add red peppers, tomatoes and salt.
    Cook, covered, for 2 minutes or until done.
