Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on package.
    Add melted margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Pour half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
