Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 lb. can sliced peaches
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, margarine, milk and egg.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Pour into pan.
    Arrange over batter, sliced peaches.
    Save juice.
    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice at medium speed.
    Spoon over top of peaches.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Refrigerate when cool.
    Use pie pan.
    Can double recipe in 9 x 12-inch pan.
