Brandy Whipped Cream Sauce(For Reagan'S Persimmon Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brandy flavoring
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat egg until light and fluffy.
    Beat in melted butter, powdered sugar, salt and brandy flavoring.
    Beat whipping cream until stiff.
    Gently fold into the first mixture.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
    Stir before spooning on pudding.
