Baked Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine egg and milk.
    Stir well.
    Set aside. Combine cheese, flour, salt,
    paprika and pepper; mix well. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture.
    Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour butter over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
