Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy fudge frosting mix
2 regular size French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2/3 box graham crackers
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk; stir until smooth. Beat in Cool Whip; set aside. Line a 13 x 9-inch dish with crackers.
Spread 1/2 pudding on crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top of pudding. Layer remaining pudding on top of graham crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top.
Prepare frosting as directed on package and spread on top.
Chill. Makes 15 to 18 servings.
