Cranberry Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted
1 C. packed brown sugar
1 C. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 C. walnut halves
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 C. vegetable oil
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add water to juice to measure 1 1/4 cups; set aside.
Pour butter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cranberries, and walnuts.
Top with pineapple.
