Spinach Filled Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, baked
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 c. chopped chives (fresh, frozen or freeze dried)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Split each potato lengthwise down the center after baking and carefully scoop out inside, leaving the potato skin shell.
Set shells aside.
