Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 onions, thinly sliced
    1 large bag Ruffles potato chips
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole dish, place alternate layers of onions, chips and cheese.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Pour over layers.
    Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the top and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
