Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. beer

Preparation

Mix together and fold in 1 stiffly beaten egg white.
Cut fish into 2 or 3-inch cubes.
Dip in mix and deep fry.
