Strawberry Dessert Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. orange and grapefruit sections, mixed
Preparation
    Puree strawberries in a blender until they are smooth.
    Pour into saucepan.
    Add water, sugar, tapioca and salt.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove form heat. Add lemon juice.
    Chill.
    Before serving, stir in orange and grapefruit.
    Serve cold.
