Cinnamon And Nut Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (11 oz. size) pkg. pie crust mix
    1 Tbsp. soft margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry for one crust pie as directed, except roll into rectangle 14 x 8-inch.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Spread with margarine.
    Mix nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle lengthwise over half of the rectangle.
    Moisten edges with water.
    Fold rectangle lengthwise in half.
    Press edges together to seal.
    Flute.
    Prick top of pastry in several places with fork.
    Brush with egg white.
    Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
    Cut into slices.
