Bride'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. shortening or oil
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    10 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening. (If using oil, hot tap water will work.)
    Add sugar and salt. Blend and cool. Add eggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add egg mixture.
    Add flour to make soft dough.
    You may need a little more or less than 10 cups flour.
    Knead until smooth and refrigerate.
    Make into rolls 1 to 2 hours before baking.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes. Keeps well in refrigerator for about 10 days.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
