Potluck Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. clear French dressing or Italian
5 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and cubed (4 c.)
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayo

Preparation

I add white pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon mustard.
