Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 c. crushed gingersnaps (32)
Preparation

Soften ice cream in bowl.
Stir it and fold in remaining ingredients, except gingersnaps.
Pour over crushed gingersnaps in 9 x 13-inch pan.
