Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 or 1 2/3 c. crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss grated cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients together and add the crabmeat, then add cheese and onions and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12 if cut in small wedges.
