Overnight Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 carrots, shredded
    3/4 c. sugar (sprinkled over vegetables)
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle the 3/4 cup sugar over the vegetables.
