Chicken Paprikash With Hungarian Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    3 medium onions, chopped coarsely
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour and water (to thicken)
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Simmer chicken, onions and paprika in kettle with 2 quarts of water. Simmer until tender. Skin and debone cooked chicken and break into pieces. Put chicken and Hungarian Dumplings back into chicken broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reheat. Add half and half and bring to a boil. Thicken. Enjoy!
