Apple Pecan Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can apple pie filling
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients and spread half in pie crust. Refrigerate other half.
Then beat well the milk, half and half, pudding and Cool Whip.
Spread over pie mix in crust.
You can either freeze pie for 1 hour or refrigerate for 3 hours to chill. Before serving, place other half of mixture on top of pie.
