30 Snack Well's fat-free cracked pepper crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1 c. crumbs)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 c. Egg Beaters real egg product
1 Tbsp. diced green chiles, mashed
1 lb. boneless chicken tenderloins
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 c. mild, medium or hot thick and chunky salsa
