Ingredients

6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 scallions, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 strips crumbled, cooked bacon
1 large tomato, chopped
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a buttered shallow baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the omelet comes out clean.
If you're an egg lover or pizza nut, this novelty should suffice.
