Ingredients

5 1/2 c. chopped green tomatoes
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
Preparation

Combine tomatoes and sugar.
Simmer for 25 minutes; stir occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved, about 1 minute.
Pour into jars or plastic containers; cool.
Stir occasionally to prevent fruit from floating.
Top with lids. Refrigerate.
Yield:
7 cups.
