Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. pecans
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    In large kettle, combine jello with boiling water.
    Add strawberries and juice, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Turn 1/2 mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Gently spread smooth layer of sour cream over jello.
    Chill again until firm.
    Then gently spoon over rest of jello and fruit mixture. Chill until firm.
