Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
butter
1 lb. sausage
1 bunch green onions, chopped
10 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Prepare the night before serving.
Butter the bread and place, buttered side down, in an 11 x 17-inch Pyrex dish.
Cook sausage and green onions together.
Add to bread.
Mix eggs and milk. Pour over the other ingredients.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake, covered with foil, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove foil the last 10 to 15 minutes.
Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 10 to 12.
Good with fruit salad and muffins.
