Tangy Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sliced cucumbers
    4 chopped green onions
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Drain and toss with remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
