Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise (regular)
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed between hands
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. crushed parsley flakes
Preparation

Mix all together; refrigerate at least 45 minutes.
Shape and roll into cheese log.
Then roll real good in chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers.
