Ham Hocks And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham hock
    1 pkg. small navy beans
    1 tsp. garlic and pepper seasoning
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can green chilies
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in slow cooker or crock-pot.
    Cook all day.
    Take skin and fat off ham hocks.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    When ready to serve, skim off all the fat.
    Heat and serve.
