Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Pour melted margarine over
    sugar
    and\tstir well.
    Add beaten eggs and buttermilk.
    Mix
    well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
