Cold Avocado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    2 cans jellied consomme
    salt
    Tabasco
    lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel avocados and force through a sieve.
    Combine with cold consomme.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Divide among six consomme cups and top each serving with sour cream.
