Chicken Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cornbread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Saute vegetables in 2 teaspoons margarine; add to bread crumbs and mix well.
Put 1/2 of mixture in 2-quart casserole.
Cover with chicken.
Mix together soup and broth.
Pour over chicken and cover with rest of bread mixture.
Press mixture down firmly
and let set for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
