Ruglach(Cream Cheese Pastries) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. cream cheese
    1 stiffly beaten egg white
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. ground walnuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt in bowl.
    Work in the margarine and cream cheese until you have a smooth dough.
    Roll out on floured board and chill overnight.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thick; cut in 4-inch squares.
    Mix egg white, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread one tablespoon on each square.
    Roll up like a crescent and bake for 20 minutes.
