Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Combine soda, flour, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    Combine shortening, white sugar and brown sugar and cream well.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Stir in chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.
