Fajita Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. instant brown rice
    4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 sweet green and red pepper, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. lite oil
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package, omitting butter and salt. Cook and stir meat, vegetables and garlic in hot oil in large skillet until browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
