Classic Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped coarsely
1 c. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

In a large bowl combine eggs, syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended (by hand).
Stir in pecans.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife blade inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
Cool.
Serves 8.
