Chicken Fajitas(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    9 oz. boned, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size strips
    1/3 c. salsa
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Wrap tortillas in foil.
    Place in 300\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Meanwhile, spray large skillet with nonstick spray coating.
    Add onion and garlic; stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add green pepper; stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes more or until vegetable are crisp-tender.
    Remove from skillet.
    Add oil to skillet and add chicken; stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
    Return vegetables to skillet.
    Add salsa.
    Cook and stir until heated through.
