Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes (about 6)
    2 c. seeded peppers (about 10 long)
    1 c. seeded, chopped hot peppers
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars. Seal and process 30 minutes in water bath.
    Makes about 6 half pints.
