Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 medium bell peppers
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onions, salt, sage and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Stuff bell peppers. Put in a deep baking dish.
Add 1/8 cup water to bottom of dish. Seal with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
