Peas With Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny peas, thawed
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    salt
Preparation
    In a wide frying pan over light heat with butter, add lettuce and cook, stirring until 2 to 3 minutes.
    Immediately stir in peas, parsley, sugar and nutmeg.
    Cook until peas are heated and juices are boiling.
    Season with salt.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
