Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon (16 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.
    Remove bones and skin from salmon.
    Mash cheese with fork; add other ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate in a covered bowl overnight.
    Roll into a log and roll in chopped pecans before serving.
    Serve with Triscuits or favorite cracker.
