Enchiladas(Makes 18) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can chili without beans
    1 Tbsp. El Chico red sauce (season to taste)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can taco sauce
    1 lb. soft cheese (Velveeta), sliced into sections
    18 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pan for tortillas.
    Cook hamburger meat in a saucepan.
    Fry tortillas in hot grease 1/2 minute.
    Place hamburger meat, onion and cheese on tortilla and roll.
    Pour taco sauce, heated chili and hot sauce over tortillas. Cook until cheese is melted.
