Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. water (6 c.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. white pepper
1 (8 oz.) shredded Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Boil water; add broccoli and onion.
Boil 10 to 12 minutes and drain.
Puree 1/2 of mixture.
Add seasonings and cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add milk, cream and butter.
Stir and heat to boiling.
Mix flour and water separately, then blend into boiling mixture.
Stir rapidly.
Cook and stir until soup is consistency of heavy cream.
