Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. uncooked, diced chicken
8 oz. salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
12 taco shells
shredded lettuce
diced tomato
shredded Monterey Jack
sour cream
taco sauce
black olives
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter in large skillet until translucent. Stir in chicken, salsa and seasoning mix.
Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
