Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. watter
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening until the size of small peas.
    Blend egg, vinegar and water.
    Add to flour mixture a little at a time.
    Roll out on a floured surface.
    Place in pan; prick with a fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    This makes 3 (10-inch) pie crusts.
