One Meal (Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 fresh green onions, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. finely chopped celery (and some of the leaves too)
    dash of hot sauce
    generous dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. light salt
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 pt. frozen tomatoes or 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients in large iron skillet and cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender and all the pink is gone from the meat.
    Add the potatoes and the tomatoes. Simmer, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, for about 15 minutes.
    Put in a 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Add the salad and garlic bread and you have a fine meal for 4 people.
