Brenda'S Stuffed Chicken With Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. cooking wine
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    6 oz. crabmeat
    6 large fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 chicken breasts, boned
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and flour; stir 1 minute.
    Slowly add milk, broth and wine.
    Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Set aside. Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add crab, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons of sauce.
