Barbecue Sauce For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    14 oz. bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Melt oleo in saucepan and add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly.
    Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Sauce may be stored in tightly closed jar in refrigerator for 1 week. Marinate chickens 5 to 6 hours in sauce (or overnight), then barbecue over medium coals for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
    Makes enough sauce for 2 to 3 whole chickens.
