Festive Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bacon strips
2 chicken breast halves with skin bones
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Wrap two bacon strips around each chicken breast.
Place in a shallow glass baking dish; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients.
Pour over evenly.
Cover with plastic cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with marinade.
Yield:
2 servings.
