Glazed Ginger Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 carrots, cut into 1-inch lengths
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    4 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots in just enough water to cover in a saucepan with a tight lid.
    When carrots are tender, drain and return to pan. Add butter, brown sugar, ginger and salt.
    Mix very well.
    Cook over low heat, turning often for about 5 minutes.
    Transfer to a heated serving dish.
    Serves 12.
