Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix margarine, cocoa and water in saucepan.
Bring to boil. Mix sugar and flour into a large mixing bowl.
Pour chocolate mixture over flour and sugar.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Pour into 16 1/2 x 10 1/2 sheet pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
